Account and Registration
To open an account at 99xbet you need an active mobile number, an email address, and a strong password. The registration process is fully available in Bengali, so any Bangladeshi player can easily create their own account. A national ID card or other identity document may be requested later for security verification.
99xbet is only for people aged 21 and above. Please make sure you are 21 or older. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited, and if age cannot be verified at the time of review, the account may be suspended.
No, each person may create only one account. If a single person is found to have multiple accounts, those accounts will be suspended and the deposited funds may be forfeited. This rule is strictly enforced at 99xbet to ensure fair play.
Click the "Forgot password?" option on the login page. A reset link or OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number or email. Use it to set a new password. The whole process is quick and easy. If you have any trouble, support is available via 24/7 live chat.
Verification is usually completed after a clear photo of your national ID card or passport is submitted. In most cases the process finishes quickly. If your documents are clear and valid, there is generally no delay. Large withdrawals may be limited until verification is complete.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits via bKash are usually instant. Your 99xbet account balance is updated as soon as the payment is completed. If there is a delay for any reason, contact live chat with your transaction ID and our team will resolve it quickly.
The minimum deposit at 99xbet is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳800. This limit applies equally to all payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. If you want to start with a small amount, make your first deposit with just ৳500 and enjoy the welcome bonus.
Withdrawals via Nagad are usually completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. The same timeframe applies to Rocket, bKash, and Upay. Bank transfers may take slightly longer, but no more than 3 hours. Verified accounts are processed the fastest.
99xbet does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees itself. However, bKash or Nagad may apply their own transaction fees according to their respective payment service policies. Your bank may also charge separately for bank transfers. There are no hidden charges from 99xbet.
Common reasons for a rejected withdrawal include incomplete KYC verification, unmet bonus wagering requirements, or incorrect payment details. First verify your account and confirm that the wagering requirements for any bonus have been met. If the problem persists, contact live chat with your transaction ID.
Yes, both Rocket and Upay are supported payment methods at 99xbet. The process is just as simple as with bKash or Nagad. Select your preferred method on the deposit page, follow the instructions, and confirm. You can start with a minimum deposit of ৳500.
Games and How to Play
At 99xbet you can place bets on BPL matches across various markets including match winner, toss, top run scorer, wicket taker, and more. Betting is available both before the match starts and during live play. Odds for each market are clearly displayed and you can review your bet before confirming.
RTP (Return to Player) is the average percentage of total bets that a game returns to players over the long term. For example, a 97% RTP means that on average ৳97 is returned for every ৳100 wagered — but this is a statistical average and the outcome of each spin is random. Alongside RTP, a game's volatility is also important, as it determines the frequency and size of wins.
Yes, 99xbet is fully mobile-friendly. The site works smoothly on any smartphone browser, whether Android or iOS. Slots, live casino, and cricket betting all display well on mobile. There is no need to install a separate app — you can play directly through your browser.
The 99xbet live casino features live roulette, blackjack, baccarat, Sic Bo, Dragon Tiger, and many other table games. Live dealers from top providers such as Evolution Gaming and Ezugi run the games in real time. Tables are available 24 hours a day according to Bangladesh time.
Aviator is a crash game developed by Spribe. As the plane takes off, the multiplier keeps increasing. You must cash out before the plane crashes — the longer you wait to cash out, the bigger the reward, but the risk also increases. Making the right decision at the right time is the core strategy of this game.
Yes, all games at 99xbet are powered by certified software providers such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, and others. These companies follow international fair-play standards. The outcome of every game is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
Bonuses and Promotions
After creating a new account at 99xbet, a 100% bonus is available on your first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 you receive an additional ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance becomes ৳2,000. A deposit of ৳12,000 or more adds the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, bringing the total to ৳17,000.
A wagering requirement is the condition specifying how many times you must bet with the bonus amount before you can withdraw it. The wagering requirement for the 99xbet welcome bonus is 10 times (10x). This means if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must complete ৳10,000 worth of bets. Once the requirement is met, winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
The 99xbet VIP program has four levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. You move up automatically through regular play. The weekly cashback is up to 0.2% at Bronze level, up to 0.4% at Silver, up to 0.6% at Gold, and up to 0.8% at Platinum.
Yes, in addition to the welcome bonus, 99xbet regularly runs reload offers, cashback, and special promotions for regular players. Special sports bonuses are also available during BPL or IPL seasons. Check the promotions page regularly so you do not miss any current offers.
Every bonus has a set expiry period. If the wagering requirements are not met within that period, the bonus balance may be cancelled. However, your own deposited funds remain intact. Read the terms and conditions carefully before accepting a bonus and try to complete your bets within the expiry period.
